Pictures of sexual acts (sexy characters and poses/pinups however are welcome without nudity on human/human-like characters)⋆;

Any sort of fetish even if not directly sexual (i.e. inflation, body switching, etc)⋆⋆;

Political cartoons (i.e. a story that follows any sort of political agenda);

Extreme violence (i.e. exposed organs or ripping off limbs; blood is acceptable);

Full on mechas/giant robots in general;

Logos or other vector based media.

On NFTs: I do not consent that any of my artworks are minted as an NFT, even in cases of commissioned art for commercial use. I also do not consent that the commissioned artwork is used or associated with anything in support of NFTs.

On AI Art: I do not consent that any of my artworks are fed to AI art algorithms in any way. I also do not consent that any commissioned artwork of mine is used or associated with support of AI art.

On Payments: I only work with pre-payments in most cases. The payment should be sent after you approve the initial sketch.

On Posting the Artwork: You may repost your commissioned picture online freely (as long as it's not locked behind a paywall, in which case I'm entitled to the commercial use fee). It's nice if you credit me to my Instagram, Tumblr, Artfol, or Facebook pages but it's not obligatory. You don't need to credit me if you're using the picture as: an Icon, a Banner, a Pagedoll, or anything that is to be applied on a product like a phone cover or a controller (although I appreciate it if you do credit me). I reserve the right to post your commissioned artwork on my social media or portfolio. If you don't desire to have your commissioned picture published, please notify me and I won't.

On Modification: You may use the commissioned artwork however you want, although if it’s modified in any way, you should include that information and/or the link to the original when posted publicly.

On Drafts: You will always be shown a draft of the artwork before its completion. This is usually a black and white sketch. I will only start working on the lines/coloring/painting/etc when you're satisfied with the draft, approve it, and complete the payment.

On Alterations: You may ask for alterations on the artwork but only during the draft phase. The alterations will not be charged any additional amount until the 4th alteration request. At the 4th alteration request, an additional 5€ will be added to the final price for each alteration after that. This also applies if the final picture is to be a Sketch. If alterations are to be made to a complex finished piece, we will agree on a fee.

On Refunds: Your payment will be returned if your commission isn't complete after a period of 60 days since the payment. This does not apply to the ‘Painted Character + Complex Background’ category however, due to the nature of the work. In this case, the same applies with 120 days since the day of the payment. You will not have a right to the sketch with full resolution, if any is existent. If you are to request the sketch and drafts, you will be charged the respective amount. Once the final picture is sent to you, I don't do refunds.

On Cancelation: If, by any reason, you and/or I decide to cancel the commission before its completion, any amount you've paid will be returned. Again, you will not have the right to the sketches or work in progress unless you're charged the amount proportional to the current progress of the artwork. Once the final picture is sent to you, I don't do refunds.

On Delivered Files: You have the right to get a copy with the original resolution (usually PNG or JPG) of the commissioned picture without a watermark, as well as reposting it without the watermark (note: my signature is not to be removed, however).

On Works in Progress: You're entitled on request to frequent (1 per day) watermarked work-in-progress low-res previews. Changes that you may want to apply will have fees if the picture isn't in its sketch phase. You may not publicly repost the draft or progress pictures without my written consent.

On Prices: My prices are not to be negotiated unless you're to order batches starting at 5 pictures of the same nature. Multiple characters in the same picture fall into this category as well. This does not apply to the 'Painted Character + Complex Background' category.
